Wendy's Nanaimo recognized in 2021 VIREB Commercial Building Awards

Wendy's Nanaimo is recognized in the 14th Annual Vancouver Island Real Estate Board Commercial Building Awards in the retail category.

LSA was engaged in this new-build Wendy’s location, which sits on a bustling highway corner in North Nanaimo. The bright Wendy’s colors and metal panel tones are accentuated with the prominent curtain wall and thoughtful lighting design.

The construction was complicated by the just-emerging COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020 along with then-newly implemented public health restrictions. In spite of this, with team was able adapt and execute construction in 4 months - a testament to the well-managed coordination and sheer dedication from the team.
