Anna Chen received her Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Science in 2006 from BCIT.

Anna joined the firm in 2006 and over the years has accumulated broad design experience spanning multi-family residential, restaurants, and industrial.

Farnaz has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Sooreh, Tehran; and a Masters in Urban Design from the University of Tarbiyat Modares, Tehran.

Farnaz bring 15 years of experience in architecture and urban design, beginning her career with 4 years in urban planning with the City of Tehran, before shifting gears to focus on design. As a designer, Farnaz's project portfolio includes multi, and single-family residential, retail interior design, and educational building design.

Justine graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Toronto in 2022. In addition to her enthusiasm and creativity, Justine is also the office athlete, with a résumé which includes being a member of the U of T rowing team as well as being the reigning office chin-up champion.

Rupert has over 10 years in the industry spread amongst the UK and Canada and excels in the technical aspects of architectural design. Rupert is a natural designer and is our resident guru in 3D rendering and detailing; and is currently the Lead Designer for our 6-storey multi-family project with Kwikwetlem First Nation.

Rupert completed his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Liverpool in 2011 and his Royal Institute of British Architects Accreditation the same year.

Darren has been a long-time member of the firm, joining what was then PJ Lovick Architect in 1998, with a stint working overseas in New Zealand. Darren received his Diploma in Architectural Drafting in 1997 from Kwantlen University.

Darren has led a diverse portfolio of projects spanning multi-family , industrial, office, and retail. Darren’s passion for managing projects extends to the company social calendar in organizing LSA’s annual ski trip, the company monthly summer BBQs, and his hockey coaching duties.

Jo graduated with a Masters of Arts in Architectural Design in 2002 and a Masters of Architecture in 2004 from the University of Edinburgh. She is our in-house restaurant design expert and has completed dozens of new-build and renovation designs for customers including McDonald's, Tim Hortons, and Wendy's.

Nareman has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Eastern Mediterranean University (CACB Certified) and a Master of Construction Management from BCIT.

Nareman’s value to a project is driving execution to the project schedule and ensuring rigorous coordination between the construction and consultant teams to keep projects on-budget. He has demonstrated the ability time and time again to manage high volumes of work to aggressive schedules.

Saied has gained diverse experience in a career spanning Iran, Melbourne, and Vancouver. His project experience includes low rise multi-family and single family residential, office, restaurants.

Saied completed his Bachelor of Architecture at the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran; and his Master of Architecture at the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Elizabeth graduated from BCIT with a certificate in Architectural CADD and Graphics Technician. She joined the team in 2022 and has been steadily gaining experience working in our Restaurant Group. In her free time, Elizabeth likes to stay active and socialize with friends.

Jude received his Diploma in Architectural Technologist in 1980 in Sri Lanka. Jude joined LSA in 2005 and has a total of over 30 years of experience in the Lower Mainland encompassing high-rise and low-rise multi-family, and commercial.

On any given day, he will be found around the office guiding the design team on how to solve the complex design challenges we come across throughout the office.

Oksana is the accounting administrator at LSA and is responsible for the financial well-being of the company. Oksana keeps the entire office in line on project budgets, monthly billing and time management. You don't want to be the person with Oksana standing at their desk at the end of the month.

Shelley has been with the firm for over 15 years and keeps the office running like a well-oiled machine. She will be the first friendly face that will greet you if you stop by our office, or the friendly voice you will hear if you call.
