A milestone day – breaking ground at The Professional Centre at South Point.
Located at the corner of 152nd St and 32nd Ave, this 4-storey 122,000 sqft facility will serve as the new premier office destination for South Surrey.
The design for this development is based on three elements defined by copper, white, and green. On the north-east façade, charcoal towers are recessed to accentuate the three feature elements. The cultured-stone at the base of the three towers provide a rich texture and natural warmth to the office entrances.
